Aviv Segev – VP & Counsel
Aviv, who serves as counsel for Levine, Ltd., is an attorney and founding member of the Law Firm of Levine Segev LLC and an adjunct professor at the University of Denver. 
Aviv’s impressive legal experience is supplemented by his significant experience in other fields. In high school, Aviv was a member of the Israeli National Swim Team. He competed in numerous international competitions and held a handful of national and international records. Aviv was hand-selected to join the Israeli Defense Forces as a Navy Seal, and continued to use his athletic and intellectual abilities during his service.
Aviv completed his undergraduate degree with flying colors, exemplified by his perfect 4.0 GPA. Following college, and prior to law school, Aviv was chosen among a large pool of applicants to participate in the Urban Fellows Program. As an Urban Fellow, Aviv worked in New York City, where he assisted the Deputy Commissioner for Strategic Planning and Programs for the Department of Correction. It was Aviv’s year as an Urban Fellow that solidified his desire to become an attorney. Aviv returned to Denver where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Denver.
In addition to practicing law in the areas of real estate transactional work and real estate litigation, Aviv also assists clients in the areas of general business planning and real estate and business litigation.
